Service - Service economist intern

Your focus will be on improving our customer satisfaction and customer service as well as enhancing communication across multiple channels - therefore, we encourage you to think creatively and come up with innovative suggestions. You will need to advise customers in the best possible way while also promoting additional sales.

You will be part of a team, which includes the company's owner, and you will have the opportunity to experience the challenges of a startup company up close.

You will be part of the following tasks

  • Daily customer communication and service
  • Online service management on various channels
  • Articles on the help center
  • Trustpilot and Facebook rating and optimization
  • Handling of returns

We expect

  • You are fluent in spoken and written Danish and English
  • You are passionate about communication and good service
  • You are social, have lots of initiative, and can work independently
  • You have experience in service and communication
  • You can juggle multiple tasks at once

Who are you

  • Preferably, you are a student in the field and have a curiosity and willingness to learn. It will be an advantage if you have experience.

Practical information

  • Working hours are weekdays from 8-16
  • The workplace is Abildvej 5A, 5700 Svendborg. Working at the marketing office
  • Illness should be reported by 07:00 at the latest
