Most frequently asked questions
You simply need to go to our return portal. Here you can choose which items you want to exchange, specify what you want to exchange them for, and get a return label for your exchange.

You can return your order via our return portal. Here you choose which items you would like to return, select “refund,” and get a return label for your return package. A fee of 35 kr. will be charged for the used return label when returning and refunding.

To ensure you get the right size, we recommend using our size guide. You just need to use your waist measurement and leg length to find the perfect size.
If you are unsure if the product is too small: Our products contain a lot of stretch and will give over time. They are meant to fit snugly when brand new but not tight or uncomfortable.
If you are unsure if the product is too large: If you are unsure if they are too large, they probably are. Our products do not shrink in the wash but will give initially. We recommend choosing half a size smaller rather than half a size larger.
If the size is not as you wish, you can exchange your items for another size for free via our return portal.
We have two types of credit notes: type 1 via email and type 2 via a customer account.
Type 1 (via email): If you have received your credit note by email, you will find a unique 16-digit code by clicking “View gift card.” You will then be directed to our website where you can shop freely. Remember to click the "Use" button at checkout to use the credit note.
Type 2 (via customer portal): In the top right corner, you will find a customer icon next to the search button and the cart. Click the customer icon and enter your email. You will receive a 6-digit code via email to log in. Once logged in, click “Store” in the top left corner and you can shop freely. At checkout, “Apply credit note” must be checked to use your credit note.
